What is meditation? How can it help me in my daily life?
These questions will be explored in this workshop, conducted by Karen Dardick, who has practiced Raja Yoga meditation for more than 40 years. Whatever religious path you follow, or if you do not follow any specific religion, meditation can help you achieve peace, happiness and the ability to tap into your soul nature.
There are many different meditation techniques and this non-denominational workshop will include a few basic ones that can be practiced in your own home. A guided meditation will conclude the donation based workshop
