Spring Equinox: 108 Sun Salutations
Renee is leading the 108 sun sals for the spring equinox on Tuesday. I encourage all to attend, even those who believe they are not strong enough to physically move for 108, or suffering from an injury!
If you can breathe, you can enjoy the beautiful meditation of movement. While seated, simply follow each breath command, as I call it. This requires a focused mind, “being present” in the moment.
It can be just as challenging mentally, even more so, as those whom are moving physically! It is NOT easy following a breath command, and nothing else, that many times without loosing focus.
Please don’t let the challenge of the 108 pass you by. It is not only for those on the move, but a wonderful challenge to anyone to maintain focus, being present and connected by breath!
Everyone else, the physical motion is over before you even think you’ve completed 30☺️.

Arm Balance Workshop with Lee
Arm balances and inversions can be challenging, because they require a great deal of upper body and core strength, as well as flexibility. In this 2 hour workshop, we will warm up to some basic arm balances and inversions (like crow, firefly, and forearm balance). Beginners can work on these basics–honing their skills–while Intermediate yogis can blend these tricky postures together with transition work or for some hybrid fun. Pre-requisite: an open mind, a sense of adventure, and an ability to support weight in your hands (healthy wrists!).
Non-Members $35, Subscribing Members $30. Register online, only 12 spots available.
Saturday, March 24: 9:30-11:30am
Recommended to warm up at the All Levels Class 8:15-9:15am
